What we collect

• Demo form: your name, your WhatsApp number and the type of business you select.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider logs basic technical data (such as your IP address) to serve the page and protect it from abuse.

The demo chat on the home page runs only in your browser: what you type there is not sent or stored.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To contact you on WhatsApp to prepare and give you the demo you requested, and to send you a quote if you want one. Basis: your request and your consent when submitting the form, and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
• To keep the site secure and prevent automated or abusive submissions. Basis: our legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties, except the providers listed below or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While we handle your request and for no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (in that case, for the duration of the relationship and any applicable legal periods). You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Providers that help us

• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting.
• DreamHost (USA): company email, including the internal alert with your request.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC): loading the website's fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are made with the safeguards required by data protection law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@komaailabs.com. If you are in the European Union and believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

Data of our clients' customers

When we build an agent, a website or a CRM for your business and process your customers' data, we do so on your behalf and under your instructions, and we sign with you the data processing agreement that the law requires.
